• I was responsible for the entire on-premises infrastructure. I deployed Proxmox VE and migrated company and customer services without downtime.
• I automated builds in Jenkins and built and maintained CI/CD pipelines for building and deploying applications.
• I introduced Ansible as the standard for repeatable, version-controlled deployments in customer environments outside the company’s full control.
• I designed deployment architectures for different customer on-premises environments and their security requirements.
• I containerized the entire Bosflow application with Docker, standardizing development, test and production environments.

ISP and cable TV operator, Koszalin. Currently a maintenance role, overseeing automated infrastructure.

• I am responsible for the operator’s entire IT infrastructure and network: Cisco, Huawei, Harmonic, Linux, Proxmox VE, Kubernetes and automation.
• I lead a four-person IT team, select vendors and negotiate contracts.
• I deployed GPON and DOCSIS 3.1, increasing access network capacity, as well as digital TV with a Harmonic headend.
• I designed and built provisioning systems, including a Ruby DHCP server that replaced commercial solutions. It continues to serve over 10,000 DOCSIS modems and GPON terminals in production.
• I moved critical systems to new server infrastructure, migrating from Xen to Proxmox VE without downtime for services running 24/7.
• I maintain containerized services on Kubernetes, delivered through GitOps with ArgoCD.
• I oversaw a CRM deployment and designed its integration with all provisioning systems.
• I am responsible for regulatory compliance and reporting to UKE under telecommunications law.

• I administered the operator’s systems and network: Linux, FreeBSD, DNS, DHCP and routing with Cisco IOS.
• I deployed and maintained DVB-C and the Irdeto and CryptoGuard conditional access systems.
• I designed and deployed EuroDOCSIS monitoring, speeding up diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• I was promoted to Head of IT in 2011.
